We want you to love every piece from Copesthetically Adorned. If something isn't right, we're here to make it work.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, with original tags still attached.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged All items are eligible for return or exchange except:

• Final sale items
• Accessories worn directly on the skin (jewelry, sunglasses)
• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Your Options For accepted returns, we offer:

• Store credit — issued for the full item value, valid on any future purchase
• Exchange — for any item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Contact us at Lisa@CopestheticallyAdorned.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We'll send you next steps.

Return Shipping

• Defective or incorrect orders — If you received a defective item (e.g., DTF print peeling or cracking) or the wrong product or size was shipped, we will cover return shipping costs in full.
• All other returns — Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items we don't receive.
